The parts are then blasted down to bare metal and cleaned again. Next, the pieces are sprayed with Cerakote and baked in a custom built oven depending on the product; metal is baked at higher temperatures than polymer. Once cured, the pieces are ready to be reassembled. The process usually takes 10-14 days depending on work load.
