It is important to wear a respirator and gloves when working with these chemicals. The first step is to set the needle up to its operating pressure (H-Series=20 psi, all other Cerakote products=30 psi). Then, install the cup and strain the Cerakote into the HVLP.
After spraying, we let the parts even out then in the oven they go. Oven baking at the recommened temp and time frame will finalize the cure process and allow the Cerakote to last for years.
